Welcome to BB101 People and Organisations. In this unit, you will be introduced to the foundational principles of managing individuals in professional settings.

Our focus will be on developing your skills in areas such as teamwork, leadership, and management, underlining the significance of both your personal abilities and your capacity to interact effectively with others.

Throughout this unit, you will engage with a variety of important topics. These include the dynamics of teamwork, strategies for effective communication, goal setting, mastering time management, honing delegation skills, providing and receiving feedback, maintaining professional conduct, and developing emotional intelligence.
